Hotel was clean. Pets welcome. Staff sometimes present at the front desk. Room needs maintenance - broken air conditioner grill. We were very disappointed in the fact that there was no breakfast - prepackaged store muffin, coffee with no proper lid to go. No seating. Mgt said they will tell admin? Not a great response. I don't think they will be able to provide a "free breakfast" without adding a kitchen. If this is important to you, reconsider. The room was dirty, dust everywhere and the AC did not work properly

Although located on very busy Route 1, the hotel is nicely landscaped behind a berm that cuts down on the noise. My room was located at the back of the hotel, so it was very quiet. Although advertised as an extended stay hotel, with a kitchenette, you have to request whatever cooking and eating equipment you want. I requested glasses (cups), together with hangers -- yes, folks, there are NO hangers. I never received them. There was hair in the tub when I went to take a shower for the first time.
