I was originally given a room that was not clean (chips all over the floor, dirty sink, no curtain in shower, no towels). After seeing this, they moved me to a different room, and still had to ask for pillow cases. They didn't have any clean blankets or utensils. Next morning someone opened our door thinking no one was in the room because front desk didn't change my room number from original booking. We left after 1 night (had booked 2. Wont be staying there again :(

Terrible room wasnt available and room nasty ..toe nails inthe the floor..room had 4 pillows but only 3 pillow cases..

The room we were given had a intense smell of Indian food. We told the front desk and they say nothing they can do. The prior guest was an Indian person and said there were no other rooms available. They left a air freshener can at the front desk and said I could pick it up. The attendant refused to talk to me in person.

Do not go to this Extended Stay Broken cabinets, filthy floors rust, in bathroom Upon check-in, the gentleman, Nate at the front desk was extremely rude Not willing to answer any questions Then after seeing the room and asking for another one, he refused and said that that’s all they have “you can leave”

The halls smelled awful and the refrigerator in our room was not working and it smelled disgusting. We reserved a king bed and was given a queen that looks like a full. The air was not working and when we called the front desk to advise them of all the issues and ask for a new room, he stated there was no rooms available and he would come check the air.
