The stay was great at staff are nice. I’ve stayed here plenty of times and have gotten a late check out for 12pm of no charge but this time they charged me? Idk. The kitchen driver barely works and as many times as i’ve stayed here, i’m assuming all the stoves don’t work that well. The room was clean, however, when i arrived there was a bug on the “clean” towels. i couldn’t even make up what type of bug it was because it startled me and i got rid of it quick. I did not like the room. It was dingy peeling paint etc. Because I was there to attend a funeral and was not spending much time in the room I did not ask for a change. I did tell the cleaning lady that I did not need any cleaning all I needed was clean towels. She said she would put them in my room shortly. When I returned from the funeral about 9 PM I had no clean towels. Had to go down to the check in desk where I was told the towels were in the dryer. WIFI didn't work. Bathroom smelled of smoke, noisy fan. Fixtures and walls looked old and worn. No breakfast as advertised, only coffee. I checked out after one night. Don't stay here!

Terrible place to live ESA Trrible experience for the first time with this hotel stay I had . I have been customer of ESA for long but this one experience with the gurl at the reception was terrible She didnt even showed any attention while talking and the room she gave us twice was not ready with its house keeping i wouldnt wven rate this hotel as the receptionist was very snippy and we were given smoking room though i booked a non smoking teo rooms

The building needs upgrading. There was mold on my mirrors in my room but the tub and bathroom and kitchen were incredibly clean. The carpet needed to be replaced.

The building felt dated and old when you walked in the front door. Then as you evaluated the patrons in the building you immediately felt like you were at the homeless shelter overflow. The heavy air tinged with old cigarette smoke made it feel like a dingy apartment building. Once on the third floor I found that the room 2 doors down had eviction notices taped up.
