NOT recommended The appearance and condition of the facility look nice, then you enter. The exterior door card access does not function properly. The access to the room also does not function properly. The door frame was not aligned blocking the door from closing fully. You had to use the card several times to open the door. The TV cable in the room malfunctioned every day. Unplugging the TV was the only way to fix the issue. The front desk was irritated that they needed to assist with fixing the issue. Strong smell of smoke in 2 out of 3 rooms we have booked, they changed the rooms to different one but I found it concerning. There was also crime incident happened while we were still working with front desk to finalize our booking.

No carpeting, old, noisy

It is sorely in need of renovation. Hardly a surface is unscathed by stains, scuffs burns holes, etc.. It’s clean enough and safe. It’s just rundown.

The stay was great at staff are nice. I’ve stayed here plenty of times and have gotten a late check out for 12pm of no charge but this time they charged me? Idk. The kitchen driver barely works and as many times as i’ve stayed here, i’m assuming all the stoves don’t work that well. The room was clean, however, when i arrived there was a bug on the “clean” towels. i couldn’t even make up what type of bug it was because it startled me and i got rid of it quick. I did not like the room. It was dingy peeling paint etc. Because I was there to attend a funeral and was not spending much time in the room I did not ask for a change. I did tell the cleaning lady that I did not need any cleaning all I needed was clean towels. She said she would put them in my room shortly. When I returned from the funeral about 9 PM I had no clean towels. Had to go down to the check in desk where I was told the towels were in the dryer.
