My confirmed room was given to someone else. I reached at hotel at 11:30 pm with family including a child and a senior citizen. Receptionist said I don't have any rooms available, your room is allocated to someone else and I will refund your amount. Go somewhere else and find a room. Rude!!!

Worst Extended StayAmerica in America Got there late night and there was nobody at the front desk hotels.com called them to try to get somebody to come to the front desk to check me in and that did not work. I ended up not staying there because I could not check in And they refused to refund my money

Front desk staff was very rude, very smelly/dirty rooms , hallways and parking area .
