Was over booked, requested a queens and they gave a double bed, it was dirty, smelled moist and moldy

Stay Away! “Not so good” the place smells, the key card for room had issues every day. Coffee must run out quickly and not refilled. One night parking lot full of cops for domestic dispute. Front desk workers seem like they don’t care. Overall not a good experience.

Very unsatisfied No pots and pans for the stove, took over an hour to check in, mixed my reservation, they rebooked me and blamed it on hotels.com (i never had this issue with you guys)down graded my queen to 2 twins, with no offer of any funds returned, my phone was bigger than the television, my key was denied access to the vending machine room, got let in and the vending machine was out of order!

Never Again Clean but rooms need to be renovated. Damaged dresser, leaky toilet, poor water flow from shower head, wood floor needs replaced. Just felt dirty although it appeared clean, if that makes sense. Kids at front door yelling and messing around while mother was smoking outside. Vending machine didn't work. Had to use earplugs to sleep. will never go here again. If you can afford it, spend more on a higher rated hotel if you want cleanliness and comfort. Sometimes going cheap isn't worth a special trip.

Skip It The hotel was an older hotel. Had to wait for desk clerk to check in. No bell to let someone know you’re there. No bathroom to use when you get there. Have to use your room. They allow dogs which is why we booked there. Couldn’t find much grass for dogs to go. There was dog poo all over the place even on sidewalks. Got harassed by another guest while outside hotel with dogs. Person yelling at us using “F” word repeatedly. Clerks desk was shut done so couldn’t report it. Homeless Shelter There are multiple homeless families with children who have nowhere to go or play hanging out in the common areas. There were eviction notices posted on the doors of some rooms as you walk down the hallway. This property is in very poor condition.
