Not the greatest I’ve stayed here a few times just because it has deal being offered, every time I have a mediocre experience with the employees.The front desk guy is extremely rude and so is one of the women who works the front desk, they walk the halls reminding people to checkout. For the price they should be able to have some decent coffee, they make you pay for dishes and cookware. Overall, I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

I guess I can’t comment on the room because I never got that far! I was in town on a family emergency and needed a room same day so I booked through Expedia. When I landed I found I need to go to the hospital right away so I didn’t make it to the hotel until after 1 AM. When I went to check in I was told by the desk clerk that my reservation was no longer valid since it was after 1AM and I should have read the fine print. We Paid for Aesthetics ONLY. No Service Room card kept having problems- had to keep going down to the lobby holding the urge to use a personal restroom, and even wait late at night for a staff member to show up and refresh the card. Also, no breakfast included, so this was false advertisement. And was under the impression that we would have clean linen everyday, but apparently we needed to drop off and pick up the dirty stuff manually every time we wanted to wash them. We booked this hotel months in advance for a group family trip. When we called to confirm a few days before our trip we were told we had no rooms. They were very rude about it and acted like it was our fault because we booked so far in advance! It wasn’t until the day of arrival that they finally confirmed that they had a room for us. When I called to tell them I’d be arriving late (I was bumped), they said no problem, but my sister was told when she checked in that unless she paid for my room in full it would be given away!... read more

We're an extended stay NOT a hotel The service here was awful. I requested an iron and ironing board for my room, the clerk checked in the back then proceeded to come out and tell me there were no irons or boards. All irons and board were already checked out by other guests. I needed an iron for my business meeting the next morning. She would not help in any way imaginable. Service very poor, desk were not pleasant Call to ask about early check in , woman very curt, said no 3 pm, website says so, arrived 2:30 several people waiting to check in , ask again we can’t checkin she responded agin I told you 3 pm. I realize this is your policy and it is extended stay not regular hotel . But I think you need to revise policy. No reason not to allow guest to check in early if room is ready. Just my opinion, travel 40 -50 nights a year with choice hotels and they treat me like a king

Unusable kitchen, mediocre room. No Coffee Pot. This room had a kitchen but no supplies to use the kitchen. There was not even a coffee pot in the room. It is a new hotel but the linen is mediocre. The lobby was tiny, with only room for 4 people to sit. The pillows were cheap and unsupportive. The area was clean however.

About the coffee pot and cookware, although these items are not provided in our guest rooms, we do offer guests the option to buy them for their room should that be of interest. Horroible Would not allow us to check in. Called hotel and agent on phone could see reservation but person in the hotel could not. Bad area. Had to get "buzzed in" to the hotel.
