Arrived on 10/25, checked in and stayed overnight. Facility not up to expectations so checked out at 10am. The hotel manager advised that there would be no refund of any portion of the prepaid 4 day reservation saying "that is company policy" and also would not provide a check-out receipt. The Travelocity reservation states that there would be a penalty if early departure but does not state it is total forfeit of total payment. Travelocity was contacted and stated they must follow hotel's policy. UNFAIR!

Disgusting hotel. Apparently this is a hang out for folks that have active addiction issues.

Room smelled smoky as did the sheets. Hallways also smelled of smoke

extremely late check in, arrive at 4, could not check in to hotel until 9pm. was supposed to have 2 rooms next to each other and they could not have been farther part, hotel staff was unapologetic and did not care

The wait for check in was too long and the only person working was too busy texting behind the counter and going slow

Bare bones suite Newly opened , No frills no hair dryer no iron . Has a full kitchen set up but no dishes glassware. Lass

Bloody hotel bed The room was so dirty that the bottom of my feet were covered in dirt. Also there was blood on the bed that I did not discover until the next day. The front desk seemed to not care when I brought up the issue. Avoid at all costs.

Not what was expected This hotel did not measure up to our expectations at all. After reading previous reviews we decided to book and were really looking forward to visiting Providence. As we approached the hotel we became aware of our mistake. Firstly it was located in an industrial area with nothing around it, and it backed onto a freeway. Then, the lobby was similar to the entry of a factory office. The rooms were spartan but very clean. The hotel boasted a kitchen but charged extra for utensils so it was of no value.
