So we stayed on Friday september 6th. The fromt desk was wonderful and accomidating to a pet add on. The air conditioner made a horrible sound that kept waking us up. We had paid for 2 extra adukts and we had 2 towels and 2 pillows. But there was no blow dryer. First in 5 yrs

The room i was initially put in was filthy. There was dirt on the floor, hair in the tub, and lots of hair under the covers. Someone made the bed, but didnt put new sheets on the bed. I was not pleased. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful, came up, took a look at the room and then found me a new room to stay in, which he thoroughly inspected himself.

This is supposed to be a non-smoking facility! Cigarette smokers are everywhere!!!!!! My room was literally taken over by cigarette smoke that came through the vents in the room. My bathroom was unbearable and they could not find me another room. They were supposed to dismiss anyone caught smoking. It never happened. My clothes were taken over by the cigarette odor in the room. I spoke with HOTEL STAFF 4 TIMES! The day before I left I told them I was not going to pay for my room. I chose this place because it was a suite (had a kitchenette in). However cooking was not allowed ( which is understandable) but there were no utensils not even cups and cutlery. We found socks from the previous guest user the bed. The whole corridor was smelling weed. For the whole week they did not do cleaning in our room. We asked for a mop they said it was not allowed. It was a horrible experience.

Piso sucio eramos 3 en el cuarto y solo podian darnos 2 toallas, Housekeeping pasa una vez cuando haces check out aunque solicitamos que solucionaran el asunto del piso sucio y nunca lo hicieron.
Room doesn't have any stuff: no spoons, no glasses, no plates, no even one bottle of water in the refrigerator... and all this for almost 200 USD per night!
