Bloody hotel bed The room was so dirty that the bottom of my feet were covered in dirt. Also there was blood on the bed that I did not discover until the next day. The front desk seemed to not care when I brought up the issue. Avoid at all costs.

Not what was expected This hotel did not measure up to our expectations at all. After reading previous reviews we decided to book and were really looking forward to visiting Providence. As we approached the hotel we became aware of our mistake. Firstly it was located in an industrial area with nothing around it, and it backed onto a freeway. Left after a 45 min check in and being given a dirty room

Property is clean and new. Unfortunately it’s not in a great area and the clientele is questionable. When I called to tell the front desk that the guy in the next room was screaming at beating up the girl in the room they told me the front desk was closed but they would send someone to tell them to quiet down. Ummm...how about you call the police!?!? Will NEVER stay here again and have told all staff members at a local college in the area where I work NOT to recommend this hotel.

There were people it seemed living on the Hotel. Loud noises all night, the front desk was unmanned even at 7:00am
