Horrible The walls windows so thin you could here everything. All night long people in neighboring rooms were opening and slamming doors. Literally 3 am woken up by people talking and slamming doors. It was more like a frat house than hotel.

Your comments have been shared with hotel management to make sure we make the necessary changes to provide a pleasant experience for our guests. Not As Advertised We stayed here knowing it was an efficiency with a kitchen, planning on cooking a few meals to save some money. The room does not have a dishwasher, which according to the manager means they can’t have pots and pans. So here we are with food, and no cookware. We booked through Expedia and it CLEARLY states on the hotels page that they provide dishwashers and cookware. The real issue came when we went to speak to the hotel staff about it. They would not budge and made us purchase their cookware sets for almo... read more

Thank you for your recent review. We're pleased that you found the in-room kitchen helpful but sorry to hear that our rooms did not provide you with the amenities you expected. We know most hotels provide lots of amenities so that is a natural expectation. We have found that many of our extended stay guests prefer to use their own kitchenware in their rooms or find having kitchenware unnecessary. We strive to provide the best value possible for our guests so that they customize their stay just the way they would like. We’ll ... read more
The bare minimum hotel My husband and I needed a hotel near our relatives only for a one-night stay. We knew that it was a cheap hotel but we didn't expect the would only provide the bare minimum. The bathroom only had a tiny soap and the bath towels were very small. We had to go out to buy shower gel and shampoos to a store nearby. On top of that, the walls are paper-thin and since there's no carpeting we could hear every single noise the other guests were making throughout the night. We needed a good night sleep to go back... read more

Thank you for your review. You are right that our amenities are not like a traditional hotel which typically provides daily cleaning, toiletries, a coffee pot, and other amenities. As a value-focused extended stay hotel, WoodSpring Suites offers amenities chosen by extended stay guests which allows us to provide the best value possible so that they customize their stay just the way they would like and pay for only the amenities they want to use. Hopefully other guests will benefit from your good description and enjoy their a... read more

We are sorry you did not thoroughly enjoy your stay with us and hope you'll give us another try the next time your travels bring you to the area.
Not a good choice I don't usually write negative reviews, but this hotel is one of the worst we have stayed at in years. The only good thing I can say is that it is brand new and clean. The beds are hard and have only two small pillows. The room had bare bones supplies: only two stryrofoam cups and a single bar of soap, but no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. The hotel is also very noisy, probably because the floors are tiled and not carpeted. We heard people walking above us until late into the night. Worst: the front desk c... read more

I'm so sorry to hear that we disappointed you. Best wishes in all your future travels.
Not a hotel for Business Travelers I wanted to stay near downtown but didnt want to spend a lot. This hotel looked like it fit the bill. However it is not a business hotel. No services. Out of the way location. Was not what I was looking for. It is new and clean. But will not go back.

I'm so sorry our hotel did not meet your expectations. You are right that we specialize in extended stays and have many happy guests who thoroughly enjoy our accommodations. We would love to welcome you back if you ever have extended stay needs or travels in the future.
New but sucks I don't understand what kind of hotel is this rented for 3 people they only put 2 towels and one little soap... I ask front desk for more soap and towels and I was told that they don't have room service to call in the morning. Called again in the morning and they said they don't have room service... I pay 170.00 it have kitchen but not even kitchen supplies no cups no dish soap... basically provide for your own self... won't rent here again...

Thank you for sharing your review. I'm so sorry to hear that you were not aware of our ‘Simple’ philosophy --- that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning and linen changes). It sounds like this felt like an inconvenience to you instead of a customized positive experience and we're so sorry we disappointed you. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
