Way overpriced for what you get. You have to pay exta for more than 2 towels and rolls of toliet paper. Bedding, towels and floors were dirty even after switching rooms. They charge 50/night for dogs two to 4 times the competition. Bed wasnt that comfortable and tv was the most basic one i have ever seeen in a hotel. Slow wifi. Whole experience was mediocre at best and way over priced.

Not professional I arrived at the hotel at 5:00 pm check in is 3pm I had to wait in the lobby with many other travelers waiting for a room because staff stated their were no rooms ready . I did not get a room assignment until 6:30 pm staff was also very rude to us as if we did something wrong

Annoying in many ways Let's start with the location--off by itself in a former industrial area walking distance to nothing. The policies were extremely annoying. You start off being lectured by reception. They insist on taking a photo of your license--intravel regularly for business--this never happens. "We are a high security place" is the reason. That does seem to be the case. The front door is locked and you are left standing until a security guard opens. Then you need to use your card key to get out of the small lobby. ... read more

I want a refund I am so mad someone was smoking pot outside my open window. So my Friend sprayed febreez which I can't can't stand the smell of either one. I had to leave the AC on all night to breathe. I told management about it the next day it was on video nothing was done about it. I want a refund worst stay there ever. The staff was rude after that. I stayed there sat until Thursday. Never again. Management is unprofessional. Yelling at other guest in front of me. And quoting different prices

Not the greatest I’ve stayed here a few times just because it has deal being offered, every time I have a mediocre experience with the employees.The front desk guy is extremely rude and so is one of the women who works the front desk, they walk the halls reminding people to checkout. For the price they should be able to have some decent coffee, they make you pay for dishes and cookware. Overall, I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

I guess I can’t comment on the room because I never got that far! I was in town on a family emergency and needed a room same day so I booked through Expedia. When I landed I found I need to go to the hospital right away so I didn’t make it to the hotel until after 1 AM. When I went to check in I was told by the desk clerk that my reservation was no longer valid since it was after 1AM and I should have read the fine print. We Paid for Aesthetics ONLY. No Service Room card kept having problems- had to keep going down to the lobby holding the urge to use a personal restroom, and even wait late at night for a staff member to show up and refresh the card. Also, no breakfast included, so this was false advertisement. And was under the impression that we would have clean linen everyday, but apparently we needed to drop off and pick up the dirty stuff manually every time we wanted to wash them. We booked this hotel months in advance for a group family trip. When we called to confirm a few days before our trip we were told we had no rooms. They were very rude about it and acted like it was our fault because we booked so far in advance! It wasn’t until the day of arrival that they finally confirmed that they had a room for us. When I called to tell them I’d be arriving late (I was bumped), they said no problem, but my sister was told when she checked in that unless she paid for my room in full it would be given away!... read more
