Manager was rude and unprofessional.... AVOID! Overall experience was fair at best. The Desk Manager, Val has terrible attitude and was NOT accomadating whatsoever. Had a small issue with my credit card after check in, and the guy who works at night was so nice and helpful, but when morning came, the manager Val even gave him (night desk guy) attitude right in front of me, when he was being more than helpful and knew what he was doing, and she clearly did not. The construction is cheap -- so the tub feels like its going to fall through the floor and the cheap wooden floors are warped and not lying flat. We had to go down to get spoons and bowls for cereal when we assumed the kitchen would already be furnished. No one comes to clean the rooms, but you can get fresh towels if you walk down to front desk.

A good experience The room was ckean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was that the first night, there were no dishes, pans, or utensils in the room. When I went to get them, they were out of plates and bowls. One of the reasons I choose Extended Stay is because of the convenience of a kitchen. I have stay at Extended Stay Hotels before, and the kitchens used to be already equipped. Now, you have to get everthing.
