You Get What You Pay For! Stay was fine. Hotel was outdated. You get what you pay for.

Overall Good but No Breakfast & Terrible Sofa Bed Pros: The room as a whole, bedroom was nice, staff was friendly, decent wifi, very convenient area between Providence and Newport. Cons: The sofa bed was super uncomfortable/springy and had dirty sheets. Hotels.com advertised a continental breakfast and they only had coffee. They told us they usually have granola bars but didn't order them. There was only one person working at this hotel! He was not there at checkin and we waited 10-15 mins. The property was run down and not very clean. We called the desk for sheets for the pull out sofa and he told us to come down and get them.
