Overall Good but No Breakfast & Terrible Sofa Bed Pros: The room as a whole, bedroom was nice, staff was friendly, decent wifi, very convenient area between Providence and Newport. Cons: The sofa bed was super uncomfortable/springy and had dirty sheets. Hotels.com advertised a continental breakfast and they only had coffee. There was only one person working at this hotel! He was not there at checkin and we waited 10-15 mins. The property was run down and not very clean. We called the desk for sheets for the pull out sofa and he told us to come down and get them.
