Stay somewhere Else At check in I was told the room I had reserved was not available (in other words they gave it to someone else). I was being "upgraded" to a suite. The room was ok, but obviously tired. You could tell looking around that the room had not been maintained well. It was technically clean but the attention to detail I've come to expect was certainly not present. The pull out sofa bed was horrid and had a stained mattress from gods knows what.
