Excellent stay I had never stayed in an extended stay hotel and stayed there to help a friend who was relocating from out West and staying there. People were extremely nice - from check-in to check-out and everyone in between. The staff on the desk - especially Robin and Alicia - were extremely helpful, fast and very nice. They really made me feel welcome - almost like I was part of the family. Nice bed and adequate pullout sofa for one night stay. Room was clean but smelled faintly like someone had been smoking in it. Fair price. Worked for what I needed.

Sofa bed was needed but no sheets & no blanket I got the last room in the hotel for 2 adults, so I needed the sleeper sofa. I contacted the hotel and made sure it had the sleeper sofa. But I was surprised to find that the bed was not made. I did that myself. Then I was surprised that there was only sheets and no blanket. Called the front desk and they brought me one.
