Arrived for a pre-booked room, was told it was the last room, tried to charge me more, was a handicapped room complete with the seat in the shower, but the hand-held shower just dangled from the wall. There was a residue of duct tape on the shower wall where prior attempts to hold the shower head were made, the base was filthy complete with hair, dirt, and an empty paper from the soap. We got there at 9pm for a one night stay, got given a room, and when we went to said room some guy was just furiously masterbating in said room, go back down, get new room, new room had no towels, rags, ok go to desk, desk is closed called the line for the hotel service, absolutely rude service from them blaming us for not having the hotel room ready, got towels and rags from the wonderful manager there, no soap, shampoo or anything go through that whole process again, but the person on the phone was even worse honestly woul... read more

Not for families. Not a family hotel. Spoke with a few long term residents currently using hotel vouchers to cover their cost to live there full time. Hotels should list important details like this on their sites to ensure families know what they sign up for.

If you enjoy having to do everything yourself to get any service in a hotel, and like a hotel that has zero amenities, then this hotel is for you. This is our second time here, because of its convenient location and cheap price. During this stay, they have taken away the primitive " grab and go breakfast" they served last time. There is no more coffee in the lobby. The in-room kitchen has nothing - no water kettle, coffee maker, cups or glasses. There is no tissue box. Rely on toilet rolls if you need. Our bathroom was not the cleanest. I had to ask for a trash can and reservations was made for 3. But they only wanted to gave us 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. When asking for a towel and wash cloth for the third person we were told they may have to charge. I had to explain that we had a reservation for 3 and they even copied our drivers license. He ended up giving us the towel and bath cloth but I felt like l should not have had to explain.
