Staff was very friendly. My stay was very peaceful and worry free.

It was well worth the price! The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. Upon check-in, the associate did not seem to know that I had already paid through VRBO. I asked her later if she would like to see the email, but she said that it was okay and that she would charge them. I only have two complaints for our stay. 1. The linens for the pull out bed were not in the room nor on the bed already. In most places where we've had a pull out bed, the linens are already on the bed when we arrive. It was Thanksgiving so I'll give some slack but there was only one employee working in the building - front desk registration. Nice person but she had stepped away from the desk to go visit her family for a few minutes when they brought her some thanksgiving dinner. She was also working a 16 hour shift. Trouble signing in the internet - had to go to go to front desk to fix because phone in room not working. Only one person working in building next morning - Front desk clerk. NO breakfast. Good place for the price. The room was average but the staff was great. The shuttle driver was very nice.

My room did not have any hot water for the shower on three of my days there. The cable Tv channels in my room did not work , no CBS , had three Disney channels, two NBC channels, no Weather channel, Half of the channels were FUZZY and unable to watch them.
