Very Good for business trip. Good parking. Clean attractive grounds. Friendly front desk. Very clean and will maintained. Room was large and clean. Very good bed. Bathroom and refrigerator very clean. Small table with chairs. Couch in front of TV. Good easy chair. Quiet. Breakfast minimal with instant oats, muffins, energy bars, and coffee. No other cereal or milk or juice or fruit. Excellent choice for short business trip and would be very acceptable for longer stays.

For the price, this was a decent hotel. Hotel staff were all friendly. We spent a week in the Raleigh area, so this worked out good for us. It is very conveniently located.

Hotel was basic and clean. Definitely no luxuries! There were bars of soap for the bathroom but no other amenities. It was a good value for an overnight, but I would personally prefer more amenities for longer stay. The breakfast was described by the desk clerk as “grab and go”, which meant nothing fresh- prepackaged muffins and granola bars, instant oatmeal, and coffee/tea.

Dirty hand towel, no sheets or covers for sofa bed, dirty tub... The gentleman at the desk was great, but working alone.
