want a fabulous place to stay try extended stay!! always clean staff exceptionally nice Juliet and Jo and Larry are always so nice at check in fast and attentive! taking care of all guests ! Housekeeping all I can say they need to be paid more my room is always clean and they are always on top of everything Genethia Chavis and Turner are always pleasant and have made sure Ive had towels and things and i stay by the week so they are always asking and so very nice to everyone.. this hotel is exceptional very clean this hotel is exceptional , homey atmosphere I love staying here it is my home now for a while basically, i work in the area third shift and it is always nice and quiet I am able to get the rest i need to perform well at my job.

Our room smelled of smoke manager had to come up & spray.. we left our deposit in cash, forget to grab it on our way out,said they were mailing it, nothing..

Excellent place to stay overall I set up a reservation during the hurricane for a Sunday and it was still recognized and my room is clean had everything I needed in it Hotel staff was very nice and they had been very busy due to the hurricane I needed extra towels and Turner and employee there came to my rescue all the staff here is very friendly Loretta is wonderful at checking everyone in with a smile even under stress Joe is a wonderful manager I would not want to stay at another hotel this is simply the best one to stay ... read more

Around everything you can possibly need great plac I needed to be someone close to the highway as I had a busy day the next day I was able to be right off the highway here which made it convenient very near to restaurants no matter what kind you like is there is something very close by also close to all the shopping you could possibly want to do not far from Southpoint mall this whole deal hotel is ideal got everything I need

first time at this brand of hotel and my last to be fair i stay at this hotel because of hurricane Irma. I had to leave my home in south florida and find and hotel in north carolina that would take dogs. This hotel was just one of few that still had rooms and take pets. I was not familiar with the modus operandi. When i got there they told me that they didn't have the rrom i had booked. they don't clean the rooms daily, dont offer change of towels unless you bring your dirty ones to the lobby and exchange them for new ones. ... read more

Wonderful hotel what makes this hotel wonderful are the people that work here their diligence and their pride in their work and making this hotel the best that it can be has really paid off because it is the best hotel I've ever stayed at . The staff here are very nice they make sure the guests have everything that they need the price Fair and there are lots of choices of where to eat things to do in the local area
