HORRIBLE The hotel is in dire need of updating and of a good cleaning. There is a terrible odor when you walk into the lobby and as you are walking through the halls. In addition, there was no one at the desk in the lobby when I arrived. I waited 10 minutes and then knocked on the “employees break room” door. The gentleman that was assigned to the front desk came out but told me that I should have dialed zero from the phone in the lobby rather than wait. It made no sense to me!!
