Hotels .com sucks Made my reservation Paid for the night and I when i showed up at the hotel I was told there is no Room available

Contrary to what you told me, dogs and fees are not included in your expedia reservation. The room was dusty, shower was moldy, appliances are old and not up to date, water was yellows bed was unbelievable terrible had no blankets, pillows were beyond flat. It was just incredibly disgusting and I would never ever go there again and I would not recommend it to anyone

Noisy room was not clean staff was good location was good but room was to close to hey and was very noisy drapes couldn’t close all the way to block out light
