Desperate times Elevator was broken, hotel was understaffed, felt very seedy and downtrodden. Would not use again.

No ice machine, not helpful, not unfriendly. Thank goodness for nice Thai restaurant in the town. Stayed here before - 3-4 years back and liked it - just truly disappointed this time.

Arrived at the property after a long 14 hour flight no one at the reception. After several minutes a gentleman came out and told me he could not give me a room because their key maker was not working. They didn’t have a master key and no way to issue me a key to get to my room. He said I should leave and go find another property and request a refund. Had to go to another hotel in the dead of the cold night. Highly unrecommended. Called Expedia and was issued a refund.
