Horrible, reeked of smoke everywhere. they tried to cover it up in the second room offered with a fragrant deodorizer but the smoke permeated the carpet, drapes, mattress, and pillows. Had to keep the windows open on a rainy muggy night with the bathroom exhaust fan on all night just to breath. Supposedly all non smoking rooms but not enforced.
Wasn’t clean at all, bathtub wasn’t good, the floor very dirty

Staff was friendly and helpful BUT The hotel felt extremely sketchy. The staff was friendly and helpful but I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel especially to a single woman. I'm not an alarmist but I actually felt the need to text my family the address and room number.

We checked into the hotel and within 5 minutes of entering the room found 2 BED BUGS. So we ran out of that place and never looked back. We are still working with Orbitz on getting a full refund for the “stay”.

This is the second time i stay at this property first time stay was good but this time i wasn't really happy towels where stained room didn't seem to clean and i don't like the fact that i have to bring the towels myself down to reception to have them changed

We booked non-smoking room, but we got a non-smoking room with very strong smoking smell(10/10). Receptionist said that that’s the only room they have available. Since it was late (11:30 pm) we had no option other than staying there. It was hard to breathe in the room. Lines were also not fresh. Lots of hairs. Being a non smoker it was a terrible experience.

Not so good. Not the cleanest, urine in toilet when I arrived, kitchen counter taped as repair, bathroom ceiling not clean, doors need cleaning, smells like cigarettes when you walk into hotel, bedding uncomfortable.
