Things started out okay, but after receiving my room key, I went to get my bags and park my car. I could not get back in the door. A guest happened to come off the elevator and he opened the door. I proceeded to the room, key did not work for the room. 2 failed attempts and then after going back to the front desk, I get a key that worked. I was so tired from driving up and I just wanted a shower, my pajamas and the bed to sleep and rest. I did not get the best service. I would say that it was sub par/mediocre

No body at the front desk at night. Key’s don’t work and nobody is around at night to help

The room was horrible. There was a horrible odor in the room, I tried to request a different room but the front desk said all rooms were booked.
