Didn't like anything this time, rooms and bathroom were really dirty, towels and sheets was dirty and with old stains. Elevator wasn't working my daughter is a handicap and using a wheelchair thanks god I went with my brother and son and bring my daughter to the 3rd floor step by step. I had for this coming weekend another reservation which alredy cancelled.

It was dirty and smelly and had mold on windows and beds had hairs (pubic ones)in linens. The wall by the bed had blood and snot on it.

Didn't even get to stay. Hotel overbooked. Even with a prepaid reservation my double room was given away and i was offered a single for 3 people. Manager extremely rude and wouldn't even help.

Never Again After a long 8 hour drive. We arrived to the hotel where the front desk had the "will be back sign" and never there. We had to scream out "hello" before someone came. Booked a double bed room because we are a family of 4 and to our surprise, when we went in the room, it was a single bed. They didnt even mention it to us when checking in. When we got there after having had reservations made online a month prior, the clerk rudely told us that he did not had rooms for us because they were given to someone else and he had no more rooms available to give us. He could clearly see our reservations on his screen and chose to let our rooms to someone else instead.
