Not worth it They had no housekeeping staff so front desk staff and management were cleaning rooms. At 430pm we waited 15min for some to check us in to a dirty room. Guests were having to make up their own beds. This for a room that cost $229per night.

Dingy with no services at all We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. Besides the room being dark and dingy, some of the wallpaper was ripped off leaving a mess to look at. We were there for two nights and never saw any housekeeping. I was shocked when we came back from a day out that we still had the same wet dirty towels and the bed was not made. We will not be returning to this property.

foul refused to stay. dirty room, grossed out
Horrible The stay was horrible. We checked in and our room was not even cleaned yet so we had to get a different room. The air conditioner took a while day to actually get cool and cool our room down. We called down our first night to the front desk about 3 times and got no answer. Breakfast was horrible, all they had was coffee\tea\hot chocolate, appels, breakfast bars, muffins, and oatmeal. First Impressions, Not good The room I was initially checked into was filthy. It was reportedly cleaned several days ago. The manager quickly checked me into a clean room, but first impressions are always the most lasting.

While the location of this hotel was convenient, that is about the only good thing we can say about it. Check-in was slow and full of errors; we did not receive one of the king rooms we had booked and paid for, and were put in a queen room instead. The manager later told us she would call Expedia to obtain a partial refund for the mix-up in rooms; however, upon check-out we were told we would have to call them and handle it ourselves. Not worth it..... Save you money. this place is a dump. Rooms have kitchens but the one I was in didn't even have a glass or pan or anything when I called the front desk I am pretty the front desk person was intoxicated and slurring her words. So I gave up and thankfully was only there one night. Not worth the cheap price for what little you get. Oh not to mention the elevator was broken
The room was rented to us as it was being remodeled apparently the woman didn't know when we were put in it...bed was dirty no towels and it smelt like marijuana as soon as we walked in...
