Hotels.com overbooked and I got stuck with a smoking room with my 2 children.
Room not well kept up There was no soap in the room, and there was only a half-used shampoo container. There was no rod to hold the toilet paper so I had to put the roll on the sink. Very strange! In the morning, two of the coffee urns were totally empty, and only decaf was available. Other than that, the staff was pleasant and at least the room was clean.
Not the best experience Our prepaid room was given away by accident, and we almost ended up without one. The girl at the front was very apologetic and helpful- she stayed past her shift time to make sure we were taken care of. We got the last room available, thankfully. Overall the hotel was not very clean or comforting. If it wasn't for the friendly and helpful young woman at the front desk, we would have been much more upset about our experience.
WHAT A DUMP HOLE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! The room smelled like dog URINE. I could not sleep, I left before 5am. I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE EVER AGAIN! HOTEL ROOM HAD NO TOWELS. THERE WAS NO CLERK ON DUTY AT 4AM. The front desk clerk at 9pm was great however. The only thing good about this dump.
No hot water First night, got a note under door that there was an issue with hot water. No hot water the first morning. Hot water returned later that day. Then wake up the second morning and no hot water again. And could find no one to notify

Much more like a motel My stay with this hotel is not a charm, for the 5 days week, its water heater broken twice, resulting two nights without hot water, this is in the summer time. The breakfast has only a single choice muffin, and coffee, without even a eating place, hotel guest has to take the food back to its room, or standing there. Also the whole week no room service, not sure if it is the standard rule. The only positive is the hotel staff is friendly.

NO Hot Water NO HOT WATER - had to take two cold baths in the morning because they ran out of hot water!
dissapointed Was not pleased with front desk. Seemed like no one was around everytime i came in and out of the front door. Room stunk like smoke, and it was a none smoking room
