Awful experience We arrived at 12 pm we were promised to have our room ready by 1:30 because we had to get ready for a wedding at 4 We came back at 3 . They says sorry we are short staffed room isn't ready and no other rooms are available. We had no choice we went to the room It was filthy. We called for towels Again they said short staffed. We waiting 15 minutes nothing came we had to go down and find towels No one was at desk We had to shower with napkins and shampoo that I brought Then the key wasn't programmed right and... read more

RIght from the start it wasn't looking good. When I entered there was only 1 person working the desk and 3 people waiting to check in. We got on the elevator and could tell it hadn't been cleaned recently. The hall smelled musty and the bathtub had cigarette burns on it. I didn't have very many dealings with staff but the ones I did encounter were friendly. The front desk clerk worked fast and was very polite to everyone. I would not receommend this place. It wasn't the worst but there is a lot of room for improvement.

Empty promises We chose this hotel so that we could prepare our own food during the stay. The cabinets were completely void of any cookware, dishes, utensils, or even a coffee pot. The second day we were provided with 2 dishes, forks, spoons, and a steak knife. Despite promises, no pans, toaster, cutting board, colander, etc. ever appeared. Outside of our room, the hotel was dirty as well.

Fine for DIY'ers THERE IS NO EXERCISE ROOM- THE PICTURES LIE.

Disappointed Was very disappointed. Not clean at all. Room floor had and odd slant. Had non-smoking room but would smell smoke from other rooms. No cookware utensils in room. Would not recommend hotel at all.

Hotel near gsp We had the fire alarm go off at1 am. No staff checked to make sure we were out of our room. The next day no one explained what happened or apologized. Apparently a person set off the alarm on purpose but it was never explained to guests. My whole family was scared and terrified, including children
