Very noisy!! Heard every neighbor parking lot noise! Not a good experience
Everything was dirty and dingy. There seemed to be a lot of homeless or indigent people staying there long term. Was more like an apartment complex.
The hotel was noisy in the night People talking in hallways. Hard to get a good nights rest
Toilet was filthy around under the rim
My room key did not operate correctly.
We had stayed at this hotel for family events in the past - several years ago - and found it to be more than adequate. Hard to describe our surprise when we found it in pretty run down state this time. Metal frame with a mattress on top as the bed, dirty towels, even the soap package dirty, broken and dirty burners. There was a hole in the shower There were stains in the sheets. We asked for another room and was informed that the system didn’t allow us to change rooms We got new set of sheets but when we woke up the next day my wife had bed bug bites. Just terrible experience.
