Not Again Thankfully we only needed to sleep for a few hours and leave. Mold, dust, and rust were the highlights of the 12 hours. “Breakfast included” was a shelf with a few packaged muffins and Nutrugrain bar. Walls were paper thin and the furniture shook as you walked on the cheap flooring.

Sheets were obviously not changed after last occupant, they were stained and full of hair when we pulled back the blankets. Muddy boot prints on the floor by the beds. Dingy environment.

Awful. Will never come back Room smelled like someone had cooked something quite pungent and then they tried to cover it up with Febreeze. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The property is very noisy. We heard the outside doors slamming throughout the night. Maybe put a slow close hinge on it? The breakfast was also very sparse - easily the bare minimum they could put out - coffee, oatmeal and some nitro grain bars. I can’t believe they can charge $200 for this place and get away with it.

Upon checking into the room the sink had hair and debris all over it. There was black stuff floating in the toilet. Stains on the walls and headboard. There was a kitchen area that had broken cabinets and rusted burners. I could not bring myself to stay so I asked the front desk for a refund. They were very helpful and kind.

The property was fine - but expedia overbooked. We had no hotel room, had to leave, and wait hours for our money to be refunded to account. Terrible experience overall - quick to take money but no checks and balances to ensure a room was available and slow to return money through Expedia
