Budget friendly This hotel is fairly new but imo not maintained well and based on it's condition after only a few short years of existence it will be in very poor shape soon if they don't take better care. The shower was in need of a good scrubbing, the room walls full of scuffmarks and scratches in paint and the bathroom mirror frame seemed to be well older than the age of the hotel.
