Room was not clean. Floor was so sticky that the floor towel was sticking to my slippers after walking around the room for a while.

The room was clean. Upgraded bathroom. Only downfall was not having coffee in the room.
There was a stain on the sheets and bed but got it replace and the shower wasn’t cleaned but the customer service was great!
