Hotel reaked of cigarrets and check in clerk was not friendly or attentive.
Had a hard time opening up the door with my key had to change rooms,.. very noisy and floors were not cleaned

I was double charged for my stay. Expedia charged my card and the hotel charged my card.
Room was dirty and sticky floors. Behind the bathroom toilet was dirty and on the ceiling of the shower. Hair that wasn’t mine was on the comforter
