I asked for dish set, twice, never got it.

You need a better breakfast. Yogurt cereal juices milk muffins. People appreciate a breakfast selection.
In fact the photos doesn’t match reality. The servers just follow the rules. They don’t have any exceptions if you have any questions.

The staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. Very clean and roomy, great view of the Sierras.

One night stay Room just not super clean. Bathroom floor sticky, stuff on mirror, fridge dirty, urine maybe on toilet seat (on the part that covers the hinge), remote super grimy. When I booked it says they offer breakfast but it’s just a coffee bar. Didn’t see that described. No coffee pot in room. Shopping and food is convenient and nearby
