Ramon at check in needs customer service training! OR the day off! I manage hotels and would have had my staff out there with shovels cleaning off at least the sidewalks for safety. And if not them I would have been shoveling. My time spent shoveling would have been worth the peace of mind that our guests were safe.

The staff is fantastic; however, the property needs work. The rooms need refreshing and they weren't very clean. Even though it's a nonsmoking facility, my room smelled like a cigar. Additionally, I could smell cigarette smoke from other rooms. For the nightly rates, the facility needs upgrades, new window coverings, paint and flooring. Not worth the price.

The staff were great. It was close to the airport. Shuttle driver gave awesome customer service. I like this place.

The overall property was acceptable we enjoyed staying there everything was clean and tidy it would’ve been nice if we had breakfast facility staff tried to accommodate us.

I have been doubled charged. Ramon charged my debit card, this reservation was cancelled and rebooked paying with my PayPal. The whole reason I switched is because I need the funds for travel.
