Family friendly. The stay was great. My husband and I will definitely be staying at Extended Stay America in the future. However, our room smoke alarm went off and we couldn't get a hold of anyone to get directions on what to do. Definitely a safety concern.

Room was nice enough the people above use were as loud. It was like they were playing football 1:00am. Bed was like sleeping on concrete, way to hard for me.
Nice area close to highway and grocery store. Worked perfectly for us because we wanted a place with kitchenette.
Convenient location Hotel was convenient, we had many events at the Reno livestock event center it was an easy drive. Our nonsmoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. It also sounded like they people upstairs were training elephants! Very loud into the early morning a couple nights. Hotel staff helpful

Far off the beaten path False advertisement, under renovations, broken window that whistled all night and when i complained that said, "Thanks fir letting us know." Staff was apathetic. Paid about 100 per night for subpar serivce and amenities.
Stay at extended stay Reno I booked a non smoking room through Expedia but upon check in I have been given a smoking room, upon inquire the staff told that Expedia booked this smoking room, upon entering the room I can not breath because of smell in the room, I requested to change the room to nonsmoking the staff on duty said they can not do any thing at this time as all the rooms were sold out, you may talk to manager in the morning .
