Comfortable & pet friendly This was a clean & comfortable hotel. Location was convenient to Lake Tahoe area & pet friendly

Good hotel in Reno. The hotel was very accomdating. It was very clean and comforting.

No ice machine
One night stay We only stayed one night but the room was clean and had a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, etc. very large bathroom, sleeping and living area and a nice closet. Is meant more for extended stays ... Hence the name and doesn't have a pool but we were very happy with our stay. Continental breakfast was a joke though, not really worth the time.

Facility was a bit "down at heel". Staff was pleasant. Housekeeping was a little intrusive .
great location for business and travel around town able access cafes, art studios, antique shops, mountains and casinos.
Convenient location but no frills It's was fine for what we needed. I wish kitchenettes were stocked instead of needed to ask front desk for everything needed. At least a coffee pot would have been nice. Rooms are clean but nothing fancy.
They advertised a continental Breakfast and all they had was granola bars and no drinks. False advertising
