Stay started out poorly as they put us in a non-smoking room that was obviously just smoked in. They did have another room and changed us. Other than that, it was a good stay and for the price, a good value.

Not bad. First impressions, right? Pulled up to check in the evening and the night clerk appeared to be "hanging out" near the entrance smoking and talking with someone who appeared to be drinking a beer. I'm not a snob nor opposed to drinking a beer in the evening, but did not seem professional to me, just saying. Nice enough basic rooms, fine for work travel. Good eating places with in two blocks. No frills, but works good. Want more info read other peoples reviews

Comfy & friendly in residential area The reason I booked this hotel was to be out of downtown Reno and to have a kitchenette where I could cook meals. Essential kitchen utensils, pots and plates/cups/silverware are provided. I brought my own nonstick pan to cook eggs for the morning, the ones offered would have been challenging to cook with - a 2qt stainless steel pot (something you'd use to cook pasta/mac n cheese, rice a roni in) and a 10" sauce pan. Our first try with extended America 2 nights stay in Reno with extended America was our first time..well, good room price but don't expect good experience.
They overbook - be careful I paid for a non-smoking room and when I got to the hotel - early, just after 3pm - I was told there were no non-smoking rooms. I was put, thankfully, at the end of the hall where I could open the window and run down the stairs, but even with towels at my door the smoke from the hallway still came into my room. I was told by staff they were overbooked and couldn't even guarantee an NS room the next day (I booked a two-day stay).
