I would have rated this a 5 on service due to the man helping me was extremely nice. With that there were 2 men that walked in behind me who had called earlier and was told there had been cancellations and they could get a room. An older lady walked up to the desk and started arguing with them. Telling them they were booked and there was no way they called this business. Turns out they did and there was cancellations. This woman was out right rude and doesn't know customer service at all.
Peaceful getaway Location is good.Adjacent to dominos pizzas.Room was well maintained.Complimentary breakfast is included.
Convenient location Spent a week here while skiing. The kitchen was nice. No cleaning service here, so better prepare to clean your own room.

Has the basics we only stayed one night, a family of 4 with two young kids. The room was clean and has a kitchenette which is useful for a family with kids. Had to request for shampoo at the front desk; the place really just has the basics. the grab and go breakfast was almost nonexistent even if it was more than a half hour before end time. Only coffee, hot chocolate, and fruit left, which was less than what I expected and i didn't expect much already. Good thing there was a donut shop on the same street. If you're staying ... read more
Very pleasant and helpful staff. We had the two doubles room but needed a crib or extra bed. The hotel loaned us an inflatable queen size mattress that we were able to squeeze into a corner; this did the trick for us. We will stay there again. The main thing they could improve would be the breakfast (no eggs etc), but the oatmeal works in a pinch.

Clean rooms Rooms were clean though hallways were grimy, smoky and dark. I stayed for just one night, but most others seemed to be living there. Got in after hours; was given the room key remotely via a coded security box. Never saw a single employee. It was a good stay as the room was quiet, clean and comfortable.
Very comfortable bed. Bathroom and kitchenette excellent.
