Nice hotel and great location I stayed 2 nights for business recently. The hotel is ina great location. While the room was clean and the staff pretty helpful, it is not the best Marriott property that I have stayed in. It seems to be pretty expensive for how nice it really is.

towneplace suites RICHMOND A++++ Very good staff. Clean very nice. Would be happy to stay there any time im in the Richmond area

Sadly I didn't enjoy it as much this time... I am saddened to say that the hotel clerk this time was very rude. She needed to leave her attitude at home. She was not friendly and inviting like the last young lady. She acted as though I was bothering her when I checked in. She never smiled, was confrontational when I inquired about the room I had reserved, and was just rude! Also the breakfast options are mostly all cold with the only hot item being a microwaveable breakfast sandwhich.

Great Stay! I found the room to be nicely remodeled and the area was peaceful and convenient to shopping and dining. The staff was both helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was nice, but it leaves something to be desired, it was sufficient but waffles and bacon would have been awesome!

Great Hotel A comfy queen bed, a desk, loveseat and a kitchen for $100! Awesome.
