When we checked in, the room was not cleaned. Beds and the kitchen sink were so clumsy and was not cleaned. When asked at the front desk, the person at the reception was so irresponsible in his reply and was as arrogant as possible in answering us. Check-in itself was so annoying with my elderly parents with me.

Rude staff. Never could find anyone for help with anything. Room smelled like cat spray and they where supposed to clean it but of course they where never around when i went looking for them. Went through my personal belongings. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
Overbooked and Sent to cheaper hotel Hotel was over booked, was only staying here because of the good ratings, the booked me at another hotel with a much worst rating and they paid for which i could book for 40 dollars less, seemed like the normal for overbooking with the stack of reservations at another hotel at the front desk
All went well until my son's friend woke up the next morning with flea bites all over him. The bed/room was infested with flea's. This situation was absolutely the worse ever experienced. I need a complete refund.

The hotel on the second night decided to Shampoo my room, which in turn made the entire room Damp, and uncomfortable. I had a do not disturb sign on my door when I left, and when I returned it was removed and on the table, with a Damp floor note in my key slot on the door. I also had to wear shoes all night, when walking around or using the restroom. Most of my things were moved as I had set my clothes out for the next day on the bed/couch. Maybe for somebody else? Wouldn't stay there again. As a solo traveling woman, I felt vulnerable in the hallways of the second hotel buildings (which had no staff on property). It took three tries to get a room that didn't smell. The front desk staff was accommodating in helping me make the switches. Plus thery were friendly and nice. But, to me, they were the best part of my stay. If you want a kitchen, you can get one here. If you are a sensitive smeller, then this would be a difficult place for you to stay. Terrible nights sleep Everything about this hotel is old and worn down. The king room we reserved was incredibly small and crammed with a lot furniture which made it hard to walk between the bed and tables. The bed was very very old and not only did my husband and I sink to the middle, we also sank down! It was terrible, and we were hurting the next day. When we went for our breakfast we weren't greeted by anyone and the place was abandoned. The food wasn't stocked and there weren't many choices.
