One staff member was rude and unprofessional. They do not let you see the room. They said you cannot get refund after you sign and you don’t like the room as you see it before you decide to stay. I would not recommend. Going to a hotel is better I think. But rudeness of a staff member who is a woman of black color depressed me.

Horrible showed up for reservations and no one was there to let me in 8 of us sat outside at midnight after a long day of driving to recieve no service had to find somewhere else to stay at 1 o clock in the morning

All the dishes were dirty and in the dishwasher, the towel on the kitchen counter was not clean, the dining table was sticky and crumbs and dirt on the floor. Elevator was out of service. Manager seems to be unavailable each time I call.

The power was out , we had blood stains on our sheets. Nobody came to at least give us fresh towels , according to the front desk the manage was gonna give us some compensation or reimbursement and after this day I have still yet to receive anything. We needed basic towel and there was fresh ones .

It was by far the worst I stayed their for 2 days I parked in handicap on the first day and hung my sticker in the window the second day parked in the same spot with my sticker hanging then all of a sudden when I’m ready to check out I come outside and my car is gone I went to the front and was told my car got towed last night because it was parked in handicap now remind you my sticker was in the window but nobody could give me a direct answer to why they got my car towed I guess they were mad because I asked them why would ... read more

Room was dirty, people were noisy all night, bed was super uncomfortable, WiFi did not work

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The stay was terrible. First I arrived and was informed my reservation was cancelled and they was booked. Luckily another customer hadn’t arrived yet and they gave me their room which I think that’s what they done with my reservation. Second the carpet was extremely dirty. There was something sticky in floor and dirt spots everywhere so kept shoes on entire stay, even found a pill laying in floor.
