Front desk was nice and accomodating to our parking needs as we had a uhaul. That was where the good stopped. Room smelled of smoke. All fabrics were stained heavily. Bedding, mattresses, carpet, and couch. One role of TP for 4 ppl for 2 days. Coffee pot had no pot. Toilet had poo on outside of it. Everything was really dirty.

While sleeping before checkout time, someone just opened our room door. Very intrusive and alarming.

The staff at this Extended Stay were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, the property itself was quite disappointing and difficult to recommend, even at the budget pricing.

Very nice bed and TV. Kitchen not well appointed, supplied or clean. Bulk products in shower eco friendly.

This hotel is more like a hostel... Marijuana smells throughout the hotel, riff-raff hanging in hallways, cars parked in handicap parking without appropriate stickers, the room floors were like walking on paste, the kitchen had NO amenities no cutlery, no pots, no plates, cups etc. When we pointed out the staff said "we are getting rid of the coffee pot..." EWW...GROSS!!!! YUCK!!!!! This place was so sketchy...lost of what seemed like riff raff "living" in the hotel. Roaches in our kitchenette, Smell was horendous and some couple getting it on 4 times in the middle of the night banging their bed againt our wall waking us and our children up. GROSS PLACE!!!

Awesome Staff.....Ok hotel Again (We stayed 2 nights so this is my second review) they have an incredible staff but the physical condition of the hotel is horrible. Our room had multiple lights out and a broken fridge. The carpet was filthy and the hotel just needs some help from their corporation. They have an awesome, awesome staff but the facilities are lacking at best. Ita sad because the area is so nice and they are probably losing business to the other hotel chains nearby.

Wonderful Staff, Ok Room Im conflicted because the staff was so nice and so helpful but the room and the hotel was in such terrible condition. Our fridge was barely running and many lights were out in our room. Our carpet was very dingy and it was just a huge disappointment because this hotel chain is very good and the pictures made it seem like it was going to be much nicer. The corporate folks need to come see their hotel and pump some money into the facilities because the staff is doing the very best they can.
