The Staff was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. The Facility is about 15 years past a very needed upgrade. The carpet in the hallways and room was worn and dirty. There was Black Mold in the ceiling of the bathroom. No Coffee maker, no hair dryer.

The carpet, the curtains, and the couch all had stains. My door keep getting jammed. I asked for linen and was told it hadn't been 7 days and i could get it after 6pm. I was also told i needed to take take my trash to the dumpster myself. Too many people screaming and loud music all night. Maurice at the desk was very respectful and able to assist in my room change and questions.

The stay itself was very pleasant. Nice clean room, mostly friendly staff, and it was good for my dog. But I was charged an extra $10 more than what was advertised on Expedia, on top of the non-refundable pet fee. When I asked the morning while checking out if they could explain the charge to me, they told me I was undercharged for the room and this was to fulfill the payment. I was in a rush so I didn’t argue, but none of this made sense to me.
