Stains on carpet stairs, outside door and stains on floor in room No blankets available for pull out couch Towels were not going to be ready until late evening

I did not end up staying here, I checked in and when I got to my room it smelled of smoke and mold. The carpet and towels did not look clean and the air conditioner was full of black mold. I checked out immediately.

Dirty room and bad business The room was dirty and we asked for them to clean it again. They said they did but it was still dirty. I talked to the manager and he said he had a new crew and was working out the kinks. Well I wasn’t paying for a dirty room. We were suppose to stay for three days we left after the first night. They said they would reimburse us for the first night but we would have to go through hotel.com to get reimbursed for our other two nights. 2 person reservation and only ONE towel in the bathroom! No sheets or blanket provided for the pullout bed. Went down twice to the front desk and had to wait for staff to appear.

Room did not have any of the usual supplies found in an extended stay: dishes, pots and pans, etc. No maid service, trash was not removed. My card was charged before the end of my stay of 4 days. Don't stay here.

We are 86 years of age and were put in a third floor room with no working elevator. One washcloth, one hand towel and one bath towel for two people! Only one clean coffee cup, one cereal bowl in cabinet. No clean tableware and dishwasher contained dirty dishes! Won't be staying here again! Should receive a refund!

Awful In room kitchen had no dishes, no coffee pot or hairdryer. Had to take own trash out, no clean towels, stool smeared on the stairwell, puke in the parking lot, gym was closed and breakfast was packaged oatmeal or grits and weak coffee
