The place was just nasty spots/ stains and holes was in the bed lsheets and blankets spots on the carpet and it smelled from all of the animals that people had living there

Hotel has no room service to clean. Hotel was just very dirty and untidy.

Unfortunately it was run down, it might have been cleaned but it wasn’t clean. The halls and room smelled of smoke and wet dog. We just couldn’t stay there. The staff was very accommodating and we were issued a refund without a hassle. The pictures were very promising but the accommodations were not.

I had to sleep in top of the comforter as it was the only layer that wasn't stained with mold. The sheet had a wierd yellow crust on it. The pepper was empty and the container was gross on the outside. Walls had stuff on em. Yellowish schmutz here and there. The oven didn't shut all the way so it was unusable. Completely Disappointed We reserved a 2 bedroom suite, when we got there we got 2 studios instead. They act as if we didn't reserved 2 bedrooms. I pulled it up onmy phonr. Then the manager was rude and said atleast they gave us something. He said hotels.com over booked and it wasn't his responsibility. He said if u dont want the rooms check out and find something eles. This hotel is horrible. Customer service is ridiculous dirty sheets over charged for a room. Room didn't have any of the features i paid for bathroom was dirty stinks in here broken bathroom equipment bugs in here stains on everything bug was in my bed DON'T STAY HERE

Toilet clogged. No sheets on sofa bed. One towel Igor the three of us. Upholstery on sofa needs thorough cleaning. Public areas dirty. Called reception for sheets, towels and someone to bring up a plunger. She was the only person on duty for entire complex. She said she would call her boss to find out what to do about the toilet but said I could come down to pick up sheets and towels. Went down and asked her if she could find a plunger and had to unclog the toilet ourselves. Not a good experience.
