Even though we didn't have pets, I like the solid floors because I know they are cleaner than any carpet. However, shower curtain was falling off, the bathroom vanity is so small there is no place to put toiletries, and the single chair was so uncomfortable I ended up sitting on the bed. The TV doesn't even have a guide or menu so you can only randomly scroll through all channels.

Kenny deserves a raise and higher position Location is great some of the staff was a delight while others were mean, rude and disrespectful to certain people I’ve noticed. I am enjoying my stay but at times feel nervous and unwelcome by guest service staff.

Not advertised properly. Again not able to cook or even have coffee. Also breakfast was supposed to be served until 10AM and they took everything thing in at 9:40AM. Wouldn’t even let us have a cup of coffee
