Room was fine but they didn't tell us it would be a handicapped room.

Heat heatin' up in my room....😣😤☹️ It was nice accept there is no continental breakfast in the morning like it advertises, AND then worst of all after that is the microwave was broken and I couldn't even heat up my microwavable food I went out and bought. They didn't have a replacement either.

Ok but needs improvement Heavy Marijuana scent in the hallway. Didn’t care for that. Hotel ran out of clean face towels and hand towels. They should’ve at least offered to bring some up to my room given they didn’t have more when I came downstairs to get them in the first place. No cable. I asked if they had cable and the response was, “we can’t watch TV at work and we can’t go to the rooms and channel surf”. Totally inappropriate response.
