Quick service Front desk was very quick and helpful in moving us to another room when the first room had faulty lights and tv remote.

Was annoyed at checking in, the clerk claimed the hotel did not accept a cash period to pay for the room.

No hot water for showers 👎 After a long drive and moving my son to a different apartment all day, we were looking forward to a nice hot shower to sooth our achey muscles.
