The room was clean , didn’t smell like smoke , bed was comfortable

Loud Not Safe Wish I had known there was another Extended Stay across the parking lot that was a HOTEL versus a MOTEL. Someone knocked on my door around midnight looking for someone else. Lobby did not smell good.

Room very clean and bathroom was very pleasing. Also the staff Mgr. Bartela was amazing at making sure I was comfortable and happy especially because I had traveled into Richmond early that morning, had a Doctor's appointment that afternoon and had been riding the bus all day. All I wanted was to eat some food and relax and She made sure I was able to do that. I was so appreciative of Bertela and Her efforts & because of Her I will be staying at Extended Stay, 6811 Paragon Place, Richmond on my next trip. Thank you so much B... read more
