DISGUSTING I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE STAYING HERE. FOR THE PRICE IT WAS TERRIBLE. THE ROOM WAS DIRTY AND SMELLED. THE SHOWER WAS BROKEN AND DIRTY. THE BED COVERS SMELLED LIKE DOG BISCUITS. THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS GRANOLA BARS AND GROSS MUFFINS THAT'S IT.

Extended Stay Parragon Place Richmond HORRIBLE I had booked into Extended Stay. When I arrived I was told I was at the wrong one. The right one was across the parking lot. Their computer systems are not connected. The one across the lot was dismal. The rooms had outside doors so NO security through a lobby.. This was not the one pictured on your website. The "breakfast" was a granola bar. The rugs had not been vacuumed. Furniture was broken. I will never go there again nor use your booking website either.

We never got into the hotel. Because it was a late night arrival we had to pick up a phone and dial a number outside of the office. After numerous tries we were patches through to an answering company. They tried for 30 - 40 minutes without any success to contact the clerck and the manager to no avail. They left us outdoors for an Hour waiting for the clerk to answer the phone then the manager. Neither ever answered. truly asleep at their jobs. NEVER stay at this location. Scammers They Are Crooks. Charged me 250 dollars because maid said she found an ash on table. Did NOT SMOKE IN ROOM.CROOKS. I Do not smoke. Brother smoked outside on Balcony. Crooks Go Elsewhere. Called Corporate, told them I called my lawyer, they stated they could not help me since I called my lawyer. Crooks My Brother his very Angry. We both Know he did NOT smoke in the room. I was aware of the no smoking ban and also don't allow smoking where I sleep or live, especially when I'm paying the bill. Crooks Crooks Crooks

Noisy and Run down The Hotel is old and needs updating. It is in the process of being upgrading. My toilet kept running all night long. My room was near the maintenance room. Upon exiting, they kept slamming their door and talking loudly, hanging out in the area. At night the staff pushed bins of laundry up and down the walkway. Very loud in my area.

Old and unclean Terrible stay. The hotel was very dated, unclean and had a bad odor.
